Application and Features

How to connect and use

• Connect the two wires of the actuator to a 12-volt battery with the red wire to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal.
• To make the actuator extend, keep the connections as they are; to retract, reverse the terminal connections.
• If the actuator does not work initially, switch the locations of the two wires or use a reverse polarity switch for convenience.
• The actuator will hold its position when the power is off and has a built-in limit switch to automatically stop at the end of its motion.

Prolonging the service life

• Use a 12V DC power adapter specifically.
• Ensure the load does not exceed the rated load to prevent damage.
• Adhere to the duty cycle of 25%, allowing the actuator to rest for 3 minutes for every 1 minute of work.
• Properly lubricate the actuator with the recommended grease for longevity.
• Note that the actuator is not completely waterproof.
